HOT GARLIC BREAD
HOMEMADE SOUP OF THE DAY
STILTON MUSHROOMS - whole fresh mushrooms stuffed with a rich filling of cream cheese and stilton then dipped in bread crumbs and fried.
CHESHIRE CAT - prawns and flaked haddock coated with soured cream and toasted with red cheese.
'MOCK PIG' AND PEPPER - venison sausages seasoned with crushed peppercorns, sauted in butter, flamed in brandy and coated with a rich red wine and cream sauce; served on a bed of rice.
CHICKEN CHARLIE - large chunks of chicken seasoned with 'five spice' and sealed in a light batter, coated in honey and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
HATTER'S RIDDLE - a delicious mixture of prawns, baby squid, bacon, garlic croutons and red peppers tossed in a virgin olive oil dressing with parmesan.
BOUZY ROUGE RIBS - baked in our own superb barbeque sauce.
MAIN COURSES
FILLET STEAK - 225g of prime fillet sauted in butter to your liking.
SIRLOIN STEAK - 280g of steak sauted in butter to your liking.
STEAK JABBERWOCKY - 200g of best fillet steak sauted with mushrooms, onions, garlic and tomatoes, lavished with port wine and finished with fresh cream.
LOIN OF LAMB - 450g joint of tender lamb studded with garlic and topped with a crust of mint, garlic and breadcrumbs then roasted on the bone and coated with a light onion gravy.
PORK RUMBA - a large pork fillet wrapped around a banana and cut into medallions; sauted and flamed in dark rum and white wine then finished with cream.
QUAIL QUADRILLE - two boneless quail, one filled with minced pork and mint, the other with minced chicken and basil then roasted and served with a red currant sauce.
CHICKEN ATLANTIS - chicken breast filled with fresh salmon baked in foil and served with a delicious salmon and prawn sauce.
CHICKEN WONDERLAND - whole breast of chicken on a bed of onions and mushrooms with a hint of garlic wrapped in filo, pastry, baked golden brownand served with a fruity sauce of bramble jelly and orange laced with port.
MAD HATTER'S PLATTER - a selection of vegetarian dishes served with our delicious fresh vegetables of the day.
