STARTERS - served with fresh granary bread.
HOMEMADE FRENCH ONION SOUP - traditional winter warmer topped with a cheese crouton (can be vegetarian).V
SANTA'S CLAWS - crab meat, flaked haddock and prawns in a creamy sauce, baked with cheese.
CHICKEN LIVER & BRANDY PATE - homemade coarse pate served with toast. V - stilton, port wine & walnut pate.
PRANCER'S MUSHROOMS- flat mushrooms filled with a mixture of bacon, peppers, tomatoes, cheese & egg then baked golden brown. V - no bacon.
MAIN COURSES - served with our delicious seasonal vegetables.
DEER FATHER CHRISTMAS - chunks of best venison casseroled in a rich stock with onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, red wine & herbs.
GOBBLE GOBBLE - traditional roast turkey sliced and served with chipolatas, bacon roll, chestnut and sage stuffing, a light, tasty gravy and cranberry sauce.
ROAST SIRLOIN - best striploin simply roasted with herbs, then sliced & served with a red onion compote & the meat juices. (Please specify whether pink or cooked through.)
SEA BASS - fillets of bass coated in seasoned flour, shallow fried & served with a cream, mussel, prawn & saffron sauce.
VEGETARIAN PLATTER (save the reindeer) - a selection of mushroom strudel served with a soured cream & horseradish sauce, leek & broccoli tartlets, accompanied by dauphinoise potatoes & a selection of fresh vegetables.V

A deposit of £10 per head is payable two weeks after booking. Please pre-order as soon as possible using the form below.
At this busy time of year we require the restaurant to be vacated by 4:30pm to give us time to prepare for the evening parties.
